Major transition within VOH

Bastien Paratte, Eric Fromentel and Steve Ligier

For nearly 30 years, VOH has been a company engaged in constant pursuit of innovation, offering original solutions designed to serve the watchmaking and microtechnology industries. This autumn saw a major turning point in its history. Since 1 October this year, a new chapter has opened with the appointment of a new, fresh and dynamic management team, ready to take on future challenges with passion.

The avant-garde vision and unwavering commitment of the founding family – Richard Vaucher, Danielle Vaucher and Nathalie Mercier-Vaucher – have been the cornerstone of VOH right from its origins. Their creativity and passion for innovative products, combined with their dedication to their customers, have been invaluable.

The management trio is now a carefully balanced alchemy of renewal, stability and continuity. Eric Fromentel is the company’s new CEO. He has exceptional experience in a variety of industries and his vision is 100% focused on excellence and high performance. The other two members of the triumvirate come from the VOH environment: Chief Technology Officer Bastien Paratte and Chief Operating Officer Steve Ligier. The former is a visionary with a passion for new technologies, who is responsible for the digital transition of the company’s products. The latter is an expert in operational management, guaranteeing the controlled production of high-quality premium products.

The transition marks a change in leadership and also offers a major opportunity for VOH to strengthen its commitments to its customers and partners. This change is taking place in line with the firm’s fundamental values that involve innovating, creating exceptional products and offering customer-oriented service, an unwavering line of conduct designed to offer a future generating high added value for the company.
