While the watch Maison continues to draw inspiration from The Joy of Mechanics, it is also keen to bring a playful side to its timepieces.
In this constant quest for good-mood vibes, it has entered into a collaboration with the friendliest character on the planet: Kermit, the frog from The Muppet Show, whose role is to entertain and put on smile on people’s faces.
This approach gave rise to the ProPilot X Kermit Edition. Based on the 39mm titanium ProPilot X Calibre 400, it features a green dial bearing a distinctive feature: on the first of each month, the date window at 6 o’clock displays the head of Kermit the frog. This day has been named “Kermit Day” and encourages the wearer to enjoy some “me” time and have fun.
The watchmaker also travelled to Hollywood to make a short film and a song dedicated to Kermit. This catchy creation titled Gotta Make Time For Me suggests taking time for oneself amid a sometimes very busy day.
