Triumvirate of managers for KIF Parechoc

Cyrille Mathieu, Yoann Canon, Thomas Ciciulla and Pascal Brubacher

Active in the production and assembly of micro-components, KIF Parechoc is recognised as a benchmark in the Swiss watch industry for its unique expertise in the manufacture of shock absorbers, index-assemblies, mobiles and turned components.

In order to ensure a gradual transition of the company before the departure of the current CEO Cyrille Mathieu, three directors have been appointed to head the company.

Cyrille Mathieu has just been named head of the Acrotec Group’s Watch and Jewellery Division. This position forces him to take at step back at KIF Parechoc, even though he retains his title of CEO.

To steer KIF Parechoc and manage the operational side, a triumvirate of directors has been put in place since 1 February this year with the following functions:

  • Yoann Canon, Operations Director, who has been with KIF since 2015 as Quality Manager, Industrial Organization Manager and then Industrial Director;
  • Thomas Ciciulla, Sales Director, who has been with KIF since 2016 as Commercial Manager. Also Sales Manager of Watchdec since 2020 and mu-Dec since 2022;
  • Pascal Brubacher, Industrial Director, who has been with KIF since 2009 as Turning Manager and then Production Manager

KIF Parechoc currently employs some 200 people exercising numerous high-precision technical skills with a fleet of 300 machines. This high-performance team ended the year 2022 with 10% growth and similar prospects for the current year.
