Vincent Rieder
As is customary at the head of the Acrotec Group companies, successions are prepared internally in a serene manner that involves making the most of the experienced talents within each business unit.
It is in this spirit that Vincent Rieder has been appointed co-CEO of Petitpierre, alongside Boris Petitpierre.
After obtaining a degree in mechanics, conception, technical design and materials from the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO VS); an engineering diploma in Machine Design and Materials from the Fachhochschule Südwestfalen (Germany); and an Executive MBA from the University of Applied Sciences and Management (HEIG-VD); Vincent Rieder was recruited by Tornos before becoming COO and director at Adonite. In March 2020, he joined the Acrotec group as Managing Director of Acrotec R&D and was very involved in the young H2i company that belongs to Petitpierre. It was also at the same time that he was appointed Business Unit Manager Metrology of the Neuchâtel-based company. Vincent Rieder, 42, took up his new position on 1 January 2023.
