Ms. Jasmine Audemars has informed the Board of Directors of Audemars Piguet of her wish to step down from her role as Chairwoman of the Board in 2022.
Consequently, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Alessandro Bogliolo as Director on 15 August 2022. He will later be called on to take over the Chairmanship of the Board on November 11, 2022.
Alessandro Bogliolo, aged 57, is Italian and lives in New York. He has extensive experience in the luxury industry and the development of brands. He was previously Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Tiffany & Co from 2017 to January 2021, after having been Chief Executive Officer of the Italian company Diesel SpA. He also held management positions at Bulgari for 16 years in Singapore, Italy and the United States.
Jasmine Audemars will retain the chairmanship of the AP Foundation. The Board of Directors takes this opportunity to already thank her warmly for successfully leading the company over the past 30 years.
