Following its debut last year to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Giro d’Italia, TAG Heuer is getting back in the saddle for 2018 and confirming its commitment to the world of cycling by once again serving as the official race timekeeper.
As in 2017, 2018 will see TAG Heuer logos and timekeeping equipment adorn the starting and finishing arches, as well as the points where the intermediate time checks are conducted.
For this new season, TAG Heuer will launch a special edition of the Connected Modular 45 in an unusual pink exterior. The rubber strap will match the famous pink jersey of cycling races. The case-back will bear the engraving “Giro d’Italia”, while the dial bearing the Giro logo will be available in pink or anthracite versions. This 101-piece limited series issued for this 101th edition of the Giro will be sold in a special boxed set comprising an additional black strap and a cycling jersey bearing the TAG Heuer logo.
