The RDI-Charles Kaeser company is running out of space on its present premises and has arranged for a new contemporary building to be erected on a plot surrounded by greenery at Servion in the Canton of Vaud. It will move into the new building in the course of 2017.
Established in 2006, the family firm develops automatic units, accessories and high end rotating presentation cases designed to accommodate the most precious timepieces. Destined for leading watch manufacturers, these winders have been designed to comply with the criteria of the Swiss made label and are among the quietest available on the market. They come in four different ranges: Signature in two different marquetry finishes styled by the Parisian artist Rose Saneuil; Prestige with the fully customisable Dream version; Safe-Lift a fully automated winder with complication functions that pays homage to the tradition of fine watchmaking and the very latest version, the K 10-7, a high-tech model with a carbon fibre exterior. Attention to detail, meticulous finish and a passion for inno-vation typify each of these luxurious technological cocoons.
