For its eighth participation as the official sponsor, Hublot invited its partner, the Tang Polo Club, which had travelled from China specially for the event, to compete on the pitch in the Bernese Alps. Bringing together four outstanding teams, this competition raised the European calendar to new heights.
Jean-Claude Biver, who presides over the Watches division of the LVMH Group and is the Hublot Chairman, welcomed his guests at the heart of the famous mountain resort. After three days of matches, the Hublot team won a victory with a score of 6.5 to 6. Marcos Di Paola made all the difference in the fourth chukka to win the title for his team.
This weekend was also an opportunity to launch the Classic Fusion “Chukka” model, which measures the length of each period of the game. In “earth” colours; its 45 mm micro-polished titanium case houses the HUB 1141 chronograph movement.
