
Swatch et Safilo, créateur italien de lunettes, ont officialisé un accord de cinq ans portant sur la conception de lunettes de soleil signées par la maison biennoise.
Creative, upbeat and lifestyle-oriented, the Swatch The Eyes collection will be launched in the spring of 2016, supported by the advertising campaign «I always want more looks» - an approach that’s fun, provocative and entertaining.
The Italian firm will be responsible for developing and manufacturing the sunglasses within its European production network. At an international level, Swatch The Eyes will be sold through Swatch points of sale, and initially in Solstice boutiques, Safilo’s American chain of stores, followed at a later date by high-end retailers in North America. The two partners then plan to extend their commercial activities to other parts of the world outside the Swatch Group’s distribution channels, via a network of top-of-the-range spectacle retailers.
