Graham - 300 Years Of The Orrery Tourbillon

To mark the 300th anniversary of the invention of the Orrery, the first mechanical solar system invented by George Graham, the La Chaux-de-Fonds brand presents a masterpiece of innovation in a three-dimensional tourbillon. Set in motion by the Christophe Claret manufacture, this timepiece includes the Moon, the Earth, Mars, the Sun, and a 300-year calendar. The sun, represented by the hand-engraved rose-gold bridge of the tourbillion, is decorated with two phoenix heads harking back to the George Graham style of the period. The year counter on the case-back allows planetary corrections to be identified (Moon: 7 years, Earth: 1,156 years, Mars: 25 years).
