This year, Certina celebrates 125 years of business and presented a complete makeover of its corporate identity at the international press event on its stand at the Baselworld. The brand colour is now green, and in addition to the turtle emblem as the brand’s symbol of quality, the abbreviation «DS» has also been incorporated into the logo. The new image, which affords the sport watch brand a greater degree of differentiation within the market, was received very positively at the watch fair. Even the new stand design - also in the new green - did not fail to arouse interest.
Among the prominent guests were Alex Sauber and Nico Hülkenberg, who, as a new driver in the Sauber F1 Team, has already managed to score his first race points. Swiss seven-time motorcycle and sidecar world champion Rolf Biland was also present, having served many years as an ambassador for Certina.
