Les Ambassadeurs In Geneva - Luxury And Quality Customer Service

Swiss specialist retailer Les Ambassadeurs has reopened its store on the Rue du Rhône in line with a modern and innovative new architectural concept.

Still situated at number 62, Rue du Rhône, the new Les Ambassadeurs store welcomes its customers into a more spacious interior: three stories with a total floor space of 630 m2. Renovation of the complex left no stone unturned in its effort to offer optimum levels of customer service, be it advice from sales staff or the servicing and repair of watches.

Large window displays showcasing jewellery and watches draw the eye of passers-by and customers, inviting them to step over the threshold. Inside, more display cabinets surround the visitor, creating the impression of an Aladdin’s Cave of treasures.

The moment visitors enter the store they are plunged into an atmosphere of hushed tranquillity and elegance. The marble floor, and the rosewood and Venetian stucco walls are bathed in a special light composed of stylish, contemporary colours. In the centre of the huge stairwell hangs a majestic chandelier made from Murano glass. Every aspect of the design reflects the characteristic elegance of the House of Les Ambassadeurs.

The first floor is dedicated to exceptional watches and exclusive jewellery, inviting customers to embark on a veritable voyage of discovery. Latest-generation LED lighting illuminates the display cabinets and also the interior of the store. The sales area is a study in elegance and comfort with its leather armchairs and rosewood and leather tables, creating the perfect setting for the glittering pieces on display.

The new Connoisseur area is also on the upper floor. Here, watch lovers can devote themselves entirely to the art of luxury watchmaking and collectors can admire an assortment of rare and exclusive timepieces signed by the most prestigious brands. This luxurious lounge has acacia parquet flooring and comfortable armchairs, ensuring that visitors feel perfectly at ease. Once a month, a private soirée is organised in this area where enthusiasts can meet, discuss watchmaking and exchange views with specialists.

The after-sales service occupies the lower floor. Its ultra-modern workshops can be glimpsed by visitors through glass partitions. Here, watches and jewels of all brands are inspected, serviced and repaired by the firm’s master watchmakers, and visitors can admire magnificent 19th century statues carefully recessed in the walls.
