At the beginning of March, Bucherer opened its fifteenth store in Switzerland in the area reserved for passengers at Zurich airport. The outlet offers a wide range of Rolex and Carl F. Bucherer watches, as well as jewellery.
Like the Matterhorn and Lake Lucerne, watches and precious jewels are emblematic of Switzerland. They make magnificent gifts or souvenirs that bring genuine pleasure to givers and recipients alike. Recognised for its expertise and for the quality of its range of watches and jewellery, the firm Bucherer could not afford to ignore travellers about to take off or in transit, looking to use their time to make purchases in a pleasant relax and shop environment.
On 3 March this year, Bucherer took over a prime site in the Airside Center of Zurich airport, taking to fifteen in Switzerland and twenty-six in Europe the number of stores operated by the group. Here travellers can discover a particularly wide and exclusive selection of Rolex and Carl F. Bucherer watches, as well as stylish diamond jewellery created by in-house designers. In fact, within the airport perimeter, this assortment can be considered unique since it includes more than 300 Rolex watches, the entire range of Carl F. Bucherer timepieces and a sparkling array of jewellery in classic and contemporary styles.
In a refined setting, customers benefit from personalised advice, reflecting the competence of staff and their eagerness to be of service. The store is open 365 days a year, from 6am to 10pm.
Founded in 1888, the Bucherer family business is one of Europe’s oldest Houses specialising in watches and jewellery. The outlet has an international clientele to whom it offers jewellery created in its own workshops, a wide range of luxury branded watches and the widest choice of Rolex timepieces. Aside from its fifteen Swiss stores, it has nine points of sale in Germany and two in Vienna, in Austria. Run by Jörg G. Bucherer, who represents the third generation, Bucherer employs around 1,200 people.
