Harry Winston In India - Launch In Mumbai

The Harry Winston Rare Timepieces brand was officially launched in India on 23 September at a press conference held at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. The next day, the watchmaking firm invited around 400 high-profile guests and Indian film stars to a sumptuous evening gala at Mumbai's JW Marriot Hotel, where the theme was the ties that have existed for more than half a century between the famous manufacturer and the stars of Hollywood.

The establishment of Harry Winston Rare Timepieces in India meets a strong demand on the part of Indian customers for its jewel watches and watches with complications. It also reflects the firm's intention to develop the Asiatic market, having opened 24 points of sale in this region in the past two years alone (the firm has around 90 stores worldwide to distribute an annual production of more than 2500 pieces).

Harry Winston watches will be available at the Regent, a multi-brand store located in the Heritage wing of the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai, and in the lobby of the Maurya Sheraton Hotel in New Delhi.
