News On 16 January this year, Miguel Rodriguez, CEO and proprietor of Festina Lotus SA, formalized with Kurt Flury, proprietor, the acquisition of the holding company Candino Swiss Watch, founded in 1947. The Spanish watchmaking group thus confirmed its intention to strengthen its position in the "cradle of watchmaking". This union will generate profitable synergies for both firms: by consolidating the production and marketing of watches in the medium to upper range, they will be sharing their respective know-how while keeping their identities intact.
The Festina Lotus group today comprises the following brands: Candino, Jaguar, Lotus, Festina and Calypso.
