H. Moser & Cie and Pierre Gasly join forces in style

Launched on 1 October 2025 during the Singapore Grand Prix, the Streamliner Tourbillon Pierre Gasly is the latest creation from the Manufacture based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, stemming from its collaboration with the French racing driver. As well as lending his name to this timepiece, he also designed the object, chose the textures and closely cooperated with the watchmakers.

Pierre Gasly opted for the tourbillon because its mesmerising mechanism – the quintessence of precision and technical excellence – has something in common with the world of Formula 1.

He also selected the dial in order to reflect his own nature. Deep, subtle and slightly mysterious, he named it “Chocolate fumé.” Its intense shade – a richly nuanced brown – evokes both restrained power, attention to detail and understated refinement. This smoky brown hue features the brand’s logo in transparent lacquer, deliberately contrasting with the sleek architecture of the 40mm-diameter 5N red gold Streamliner case. This tension between chromatic roundness and sporty lines creates a unique balance, one that Pierre Gasly himself cultivates: a driver’s precision combined with a warm presence.

At the heart of the watch, a one-minute flying tourbillon is positioned at 6 o’clock and sets the tempo. The self-winding HMC 805 movement powering this timepiece is equipped with a double balance-spring designed and produced in-house by H. Moser & Cie’s sister company, Precision Engineering. This pair of matching balance-springs compensates for the displacement of the centre of gravity that each spring undergoes during expansion, thus ensuring increased precision and isochronism. The skeletonised 18K red gold oscillating weight engraved with the H. Moser & Cie. logo is visible through the transparent sapphire crystal caseback.

This model is available in two variations. The first – produced in a 100-piece limited edition – is fitted with a chocolate-toned rubber strap, which emphasises the sporty-chic aspect of the timepiece, while there are just ten of the far more exclusive second version. Ten, like the racing number to which the Formula 1 driver is deeply attached and in tribute to which a red ruby has been discreetly set at 10 o’clock. A symbolic touch, an intimate, almost secret nod that only the most attentive observers will notice. This precious version is paired with an integrated 5N red gold bracelet, which naturally extends the case in a continuous, fluid line.
