Breitling has decided to support the Swiss Sports Aid Foundation in its mission to assist Swiss athletes. To mark the foundation’s 55th anniversary, which will be celebrated in 2025, the watch Maison has unveiled a new limited edition. The Breitling Chronomat GMT Sporthilfe Limited Edition will be produced in a run of 70 timepieces paying tribute to the year in which the foundation was created.
The dial is a modern shade of green, symbolising athletes’ hopes. The model also features the collection’s characteristic design elements, such as the roller-type bracelet and rider tabs.
This timepiece is aimed at people who want to support Swiss athletes. For each watch purchased, CHF 1,000 will be donated to the foundation.
This cooperation also involves joint participation in the foundation’s events. For example, the watchmaker served as the Official Timekeeper of the Super10Kampf, a competition held on 1 November at Zurich’s Hallenstadion.
