In any emergency situation, the weather in the high mountains is of vital importance and coordination is essential. In the Alps, where the weather can change in the blink of an eye and avalanches are always a possibility, every second counts. This harsh reality guides the Swiss company’s 65-strong workforce in its daily activities. From emergency doctors to mechanics and also mountain guides, every member of the team contributes their vital expertise.
The Time Factor shows what can be achieved in extreme conditions when people cooperate. This demanding and dangerous work also creates strong bonds within the team.
The short film is available now and will be shown at festivals around the world. Official watch partner of Air Zermatt since 2011, the Biel/Bienne-based watchmaker works closely with the rescue company to develop timepieces that improve the daily lives of mountain professionals.
