Every year throughout the world, the month of October is dedicated to raising awareness of breast cancer.
An international health campaign is run by the main charities active in this field, with the aim of heightening awareness of the disease, supporting those affected, as well as raising funds for research.
Frédérique Constant has been involved with charities for several years and is now showing its solidarity with this cause with a special Pink Ribbon edition, in tribute to the eponymous foundation dedicated to breast cancer research.
Three exclusively feminine creations are being unveiled: the Classics Square Ladies Pink Ribbon, the Ladies Automatic Pink Ribbon and the Classics Ladies Quartz Pink Ribbon, dressed in a pink strap – a colour symbolising moral support for those suffering from this disease.
Until the end of the year, for each watch sold in Switzerland of this special Pink Ribbon edition, 10% of the purchase price will be donated to the Swiss Cancer League. In 2020, Frédérique Constant is also supporting Ladies for Ladies, an all-female golf tournament association, which donates the entire registration fee and donations from tournament participants to the Swiss Cancer League.
