An all-female trio for Richard Mille

The watch brand’s partners distinguished themselves in this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans, held on September 19th and 20th.

Sébastien Buemi won the race in LMP1 for the third consecutive time at the wheel of the Toyota TS050 Hybrid.

For its first participation, the Richard Mille Racing Team was at the centre of attention with its 100% novice and all-female trio. It completed a faultless race to finish ninth in the LMP2 category and thirteenth overall. Within the peculiar context of the health crisis, the task was not easy for the three women, as only two three-hour practice sessions were on the programme before qualifying. Tatiana Calderón, Beitske Visser and Sophia Flörsch were nonetheless able to take full advantage of these sessions to fine-tune their settings.

After this first successful experience in the legendary classic race, the Richard Mille Racing Team is already looking forward to aiming for good results in the next event slated for nine months’ time.
