The watchmaking company Golay Spierer presents the Heroïca Tempus capsule collection developed in partnership with French creative talent Gaël Bonnel Sanchez.
The idea behind these creations is to design and manufacture unique watches from authentic documents hand-signed by historical figures. It is in no way a question of reproducing the documents, but instead of taking the part where the signature appears and using it to create the dial.
The first work in this collection, crafted in pink gold and equipped with a Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier self-winding movement, is dedicated to the Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, one of the most renowned historical figures, whose life and accomplishments continue to fascinate thousands of enthusiasts around the world, more than
200 years after his death. Unveiled this spring, the model is due to be auctioned in the fall.
