Longines Future Tennis Aces

On June 2nd 2018, the 2018 edition of the Longines Future Tennis Aces tournament was rounded off by the remarkable win of Switzerland’s
Kilian Feldbausch for the boys and Spain’s Victoria Jimenez for the girls.

This unique event took place at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and brought together young tennis hopefuls, reuniting both the girls and the boys at the same time, for three days of competition on clay court under conditions identical to those of Roland-Garros. The two winners had the exceptional opportunity to play an exhibition match with Longines Ambassadors of Elegance Stefanie Graf and Andre Agassi, as well as the patrons of the 2018 edition, Arantxa Sanchez and Alex Corretja. Moreover, Longines was proud to present the winners with the Official Watch of Roland Garros, a model from the Conquest V.H.P.

The Longines Future Tennis Aces tournament, organized by the Swiss watch brand for the ninth consecutive year, welcomed this year 40 international players, all aged under 13 years old and coming from 20 different countries. Prior the tournament, they had the opportunity to practice over a two-day camp – the “Longines Academy” – and be coached by experienced players (Séverine Beltrame for the girls’ team and Christophe Rochus for the boys’ team) who gave them valuable advice to approach the matches in the best conditions.
