Jaeger-LeCoultre supports Grégory Chollet

Grégory Chollet

Jaeger-LeCoultre’s ties with the 7th Art are embedded in its DNA. Eager to preserve this heritage, the watch Maison is supporting Grégory Chollet in making his first feature-length film.

Initially drawn to photography, the multi-award-winning Swiss film-maker cut his teeth as a director by taking part in various competitions with the Poulet-Moka collective that he founded with his brother and a friend. He soon took a keen interest in short fiction films, notably those he made within very tight time-frames.

Since June 2016, he has been working on a first documentary feature film titled Demain Genève (Tomorrow Geneva). Inspired by the film Demain made in 2015 by French film-makers Mélanie Laurent and Cyril Dion of France. This project has attracted record support, with Switzerland’s biggest ever crowdfunding for a cultural project. Slated for release in February 2018, this work highlights local initiatives meeting the environmental and society challenges of the 21st century
