Off artmonte-carlo-F.P. Journe Prize

As a partner of artgenève since 2014, F.P. Journe is now continuing its involvement in the art world as official partner to artmonte-carlo.

A contemporary art show under the high patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco, artmonte-carlo is a leading art platform on the Côte d'Azur, which sets out to satisfy the demands of many collectors and art lovers.

During this second edition, held at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco from 28 to 30 April last, F.P.Journe exhibited its collections in a pop-up boutique located in the Indigo Space at the Grimaldi Forum.

The Off artmonte-carlo-F.P. Journe Prize goes to the best art space presented among the fifteen participating institutions. On 28 April last, it was awarded to Svetlana of New York, for the space dedicated to Mathieu Malouf and Matthew Langan-Peck.

The jury is made up of three leading figures from the European art scene: Marie-Claude Beaud (Director of the New National Museum of Monaco), Olivier Gabet (Paris Museum of Decorative Arts) and Hélène Guenin (Museum of Modern Art and Contemporary Art of Nice).

This edition of artmonte-carlo was enhanced by the presence of over forty international galleries and fifteen non-commercial institutions including the new National Museum of Monaco, the Delphina Foundation, the Fiorucci Art Trust, the Fondazione Bonotto, SAM Art Projects and the Fondazione SoutHeritage per l’arte contemporanea.
