Vacheron Constantin - Takeover Of Aubert Complications

At the beginning of December, Vacheron Constantin announced the takeover of Aubert Complications, situated in the Joux Valley.

Founded in 1872, Aubert Complications is historically one of the manufactory’s most important suppliers of gear-trains. Spread over two sites (Le Lieu and Les Bioux), the firm has extensive know-how in the fabrication of movement components.

In acquiring this company the Geneva manufactory strengthens its production capacity in the fields of gear-cutting, profile-turning and burnishing, as well as its watchmaking expertise, enabling it to guarantee the level of excellence required and certified by the Geneva Hallmark.
