On the occasion of the unveiling of the 2020 edition, the “Michelin Chef Mentor Italia 2020” Prize was awarded by Eberhard & Co to Gennaro Esposito, who has demonstrated an exceptional natural ability in sharing his knowledge and in training, developing and promoting new generations of chefs.
Mario Peserico, General Manager of Eberhard & Co, presented the award to the chef whose brilliant career has shaped the reputation of the Torre del Saracino resturant in Vico Equense (Naples), which has produced some of the top new culinary talents.
