True to its passion for cinema, the Biel/Bienne-based company paid tribute to the people who work behind the camera.
In partnership with Los Angeles Confidential magazine – a major publication dedicated to the art of living and the world of luxury –, the watch brand orchestrated the 10th Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards ceremony, initiated in 2006. The event took place on November 4th at The Exchange LA club in the City of Angels.
This 2018 edition was hosted by American actor Tony Hale. Celebrities such as Rosamund Pike, Jamie Dornan, John Krasinksi and Ryan Gosling also took part in the celebration. The winners were selected from teams that had worked on films released during the year or presented at major film events such as Cannes, Toronto or Venice. Officially presented by local personalities, the distinctions highlighted the commitment of these artisans, notably rewarding professionals in the categories of Film editor, Costume designer, Cinematographer, Director, Visual effects supervisor and Production designer.
