Oris partner of the MUCA urban art festival

From July 27th to August 28th, Oris took part in the Urban Art Festival organised by the MUCA (Museum of Urban and Contemporary Art) in Munich.

The watch brand presented its Oris Art Cube: an area expressing the symbiotic relationship between urban art and watchmaking. Once inside, visitors were able to discover the brand universe in an unconventional manner. The dimensions of the cube were based on the Pantheon in Rome, including the hole in its dome.

The MUCA is Germany’s first museum dedicated to street art. It was created with a view to giving this field of expression the place it deserves within art history. Its vision is to build a bridge between the international creative art scene, artists and the public.

During the event, visitors were also able to enjoy a number of live concerts, poetry slams, dance performances, live painting sessions, as well as Germany’s largest calligraphy exhibition.
