Management changes at Piaget

Chabi Nouri

After spending 36 years at the head of the firm, Philippe Léopold-Metzger will be leaving his post as CEO on 31 March to become non-executive chairman of Piaget.

Under his management the brand has developed highly successful collections of watches and jewellery, built a robust network of one hundred boutiques all over the world and invested heavily in its two fully integrated manufacturing facilities.

The present managing director in charge of marketing and sales, Chabi Nouri, will take over from Philippe Léopold-Metzger on 1 April.

Before joining the Geneva-based firm, she spent six years with British American Tobacco in London as global head of the Vogue cigarette brand and more recently as marketing and sales director for Switzerland and Austria. She previously worked for ten years at Cartier.

After joining Piaget in 2014, Chabi Nouri has already won her spurs, especially by successfully reshaping the jewellery activity and repositioning the brand. Thanks to her global vision, at one and the same time strategic and operational, her dynamism and desire to work in synergy with all the house entities she will be opening a new chapter in the Piaget story.
