Rado is proud to continue its long-standing partnership with the Swiss Design Prize and in this context to revitalise the Rado Star Prize Switzerland for Young Talents competition.
Budding designers can enter their application right now and attempt to win a reward of 15,000 francs, together with the new Rado Ceramica watch designed by Konstantin Grcic.
Through the Rado Star Prize, the brand from Longeau organises international competitions for young designers in cooperation with leading design platforms. This prize is intended for promising young designers in various disciplines, design graduates or persons who have completed a similar course of training less than three years previously. The eligible projects are original creations, orders placed by galleries or institutes and end of study projects.
Rado maintains over the years close relations with the world of design: the brand enjoys a long tradition as a partner and initiator of design competitions and helps young talents through its Rado Star Prize. It has also won more than thirty awards for the design of its own innovative watches.
